  1. Promotion Overview

The “Taco Bell & B-Rock FM” Free Burritos Promotion” (You Win, They Win) is organized by B-Rock FM, ARN & Taco Bell . By participating in the Promotion, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

  1. Eligibility

To be eligible for the Promotion, teams must meet the following criteria:

  • Teams must be participating in a tournament-regulated match against another team between the promotion period of September 1st to September 25th.
  • Teams must be from Bathurst and playing on a Saturday.
  • The nominated team must win the match by at least one point or more.
  • Employees of the Promoter or their family members shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  1. How to Participate

During the promotion period, eligible teams can participate by following these steps:

  • Nominate your team for consideration by registering details at http://www.b-rockfm.com.au/taco-bell.
  • In the registration field, include your team’s name, write in 25 words or less what your team would do if they won $1000.
  1. Winner Selection
  • B-Rock FM Staff will review all nominations and verify the eligibility criteria.
  • One team will be selected based on meeting the eligibility criteria and providing accurate and complete information.
  • The decision of B-Rock FM in selecting the winning team is final and binding.
  1. Prize
  • A team will be selected by staff at 99.3 B-Rock FM. This selected team will receive their first prize which is $1000 for their club.
  • Additionally, if the selected team that received $1000 also wins their next match, to be played on the Saturday following the friday announcement of their first prize, they will also win free burritos for Bathurst from Taco Bell Bathurst.
  • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products/services.
  1. Notification
  • The winning team will be notified by phone by the promotion end date.
  • The winning team must respond to the notification within 24 hours to claim the prize.
  • Failure to respond within the specified period will result in the prize being forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
  1. Publicity
  • By participating in the Promotion, you grant 99.3 B-Rock FM the right to use your team’s name, description, and match details for promotional purposes without further compensation.
  1. General Conditions
  • 99.3 B-Rock FM reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • 99.3 B-Rock FM reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms and Conditions.
  • The Promotion is void where prohibited by law.
  1. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By participating in the Promotion, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
